Pete is Pissed!

And if you're wondering, the Aimee Allen music video has been taken down because it was a leaked version. The final version should be making it's way out soon, so keep an eye out.

Sunny Day in Austin...

It was a day ebbulient enough to evoke the child in everyone, yes another Ron Paul rally; the third I've attended in the last 4 weeks. For most of my life I shunned politics and never looked back once. Until...Dr. Paul infected me with the spirit to care once again. I am buoyed now by the esprit and fervor that I find with the Ron Paul campaign. If ever our country needed this type of morality and such impeccable principles, the time is now. I am committed to spreading the word! Remember this is not about one moment or one election, it is about going the distance with our beliefs and trying to make a difference for our children and grandchildren. To dig a little deeper, please read one or two of Dr. Paul's books: Freedom Under Siege, or A Foreign Policy of Freedom; you won't regret it.

New World Order Endgame (Warning: this will make you cry)

DON'T MESS WITH TEXAS

Get the fuck out of Texas, I-69! You're not wanted!

Paul is leading the district race

This comes from Mark Elam, Ron Paul's campaign manager:

Peden is NOT leading Dr. Paul in this race. In fact, most voters still don't even know who Peden is. How do I know this? Because I am Ron Paul's campaign manager and I have personally overseen 4 different political surveys in district 14 in recent weeks. All 4 surveys have shown the same results: Ron Paul has a high favorable rating and high marks on his job approval. And if the election were held today, 60+ percent of the GOP voters say they would vote to reelect Ron Paul, while only 18-20% chose Peden. The remaining 20% or so say they are undecided or refuse to give an answer to these scientific and statistically accurate surveys.

Also, the videos of Ron Paul at the UT Main Mall have been successfully uploaded. See them on my YouTube Channel: YouTube.com/SunshineVote

I'm having so much fun with recording video footage... perhaps soon I should look into video editing. Windows has a movie-maker, right? But first I have to write papers! Maybe for Spring Break I'll go wild with video editing. We shall see.

And one last personal note... I had dinner with my family last night at Logan's, and my aunt and uncle asked me why I am so interested in politics. In the recent past, I have also been confronted by close friends who tell me I should just go into political science. This sounds so odd to me, but I have been seriously reconsidering my bachelors in Geology. However, my family told me at the dinner table that I don't have to know what I want to be at my age. "I'll drink to that," I said, and symbolically swallowed their advice with my glass of Pinot Grigio, absolving my worries. I will continue to stick with Geology, but I will keep my options open. Perhaps, like Ron Paul, I will pursue science first, and then once I'm extremely knowledgeable and experienced and well-known, I'll start running for big government... if the change is still needed by then.

I wonder if I'll be elected as Precinct Chairman this election. I wonder if I'll find out at the precinct convention. I've learned so much, and I'm ready to keep learning and spreading this knowledge to others who seek to stand by my side in the pursuit of this Constitutional Revolution of love and respect.

Rally after Rally after Rally

Yesterday Chelsea Clinton came to the Austin Community College, and I've already finished uploading it. YouTube Link

Then I went to the Obama Rally held last night in front of the Capitol. OMG! A sea of people! I couldn't even get close enough to see him, but I got an audio file of the entire hour-long speech. It was fantastic!

I'm in the process of uploading video of the Ron Paul rally we had at the University of Texas Main Mall here in Austin today.

My mom got all the best photos with her camera... but it will be a while before they are published...

Everybody was eager to shake his hand and get signatures! When I got to shake his hand, I said, "We met in Victoria!" and he recognized me. I asked him, "When are we having the march on Washington?!" and he said they are working it out. I told him I hope it's on June 21st, the anniversary of the ratification of the Constitution! :)

I'm going to Washington D.C. this summer.

We march for the restoration of the Constitution!
We march for liberty!
We march for limited powers of the executive branch!
We march for equal media coverage!
We march for peace!

We can't let McCain get the nomination.

Ron Paul discusses date on Alex Jones show:

Rand Paul speaks to Montana GOP:

Our money and men should not be meddling in the civility of other nations. I don't tell my friends how to live their lives. When I love someone, I give them space. That's not isolationism! That's respect! Only when a friend ASKS for my help do I offer my services, and I do it voluntarily instead of forcing another friend to take care of it for me. Non-profit organizations > government intervention.

WE MARCH!

THE REVOLUTION IS GOING TO A BROKERED CONVENTION - Do the Math

THE REVOLUTION IS GOING TO A BROKERED CONVENTION - Do the Math

By zooamerica | February 6, 2008

For anyone calling for a 3rd party run, hold your horses.

http://youdecide08.foxnews.com/2008/02/02/national-delegate-count-tally/

This was updated this morning at 6:15 AM

Republican Delegates (1,191 needed to win nomination)

Candidate Delegates
Mike Huckabee 190
John McCain 613
Ron Paul 14
Mitt Romney 269

Total 1,086

1,191 - 613 = 578 delegates short

McCain is NOT going to pick up 578 delegates any time soon.

Super Tuesday was his best shot at winning the nomination, and he didn’t even come close.

How is McCain going to afford to keep his campaign functioning? He has no more money, and has no conservative base support.

So what states are left that are rich in delegates?

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080124/ap_on_el_pr/super_tuesday_later_states

Feb. 12: 116 Republican delegates, including 63 in Virginia and 37 in Maryland.

March 4: 256 Republican, including 137 in Texas and 85 in Ohio.

May 6: 96 Republican, including 69 in North Carolina.
_____________________

Let’s do the math….

McCain has 613 delegates + states I think he will win

Maryland 37
Ohio 85

613 + 37 + 85 = 735

Let’s say McCain takes Texas and Virginia…

735 + 137 + 63 = 935

McCain is still 256 delegates short, and this delegate count is assuming these states are winner take all, but some are not. Even if McCain picks up North Carolina, he will still be 187 votes.

We are going to a brokered convention.

There is no possible way for John McCain to pick up the 1,191 necessary delegates to secure the GOP nomination.

Ron Paul will speak to the nation in St. Paul, MN.

He will have a national platform to introduce himself to America.

The old media cannot rig his speech. Ron Paul will use this national stage to launch the revolution into the stratosphere and take back the Republican Party.

The revolution has won a MAJOR victory.
